We understand that you are anxiously anticipating the arrival of your order and we are excited for you to receive your Inch by Inch design product. We do ask for your patience in the delivery of all products. Majority of items sold at Inch by Inch Designs, are hand made to your specifications once the order is placed.
Custom or monogrammed orders are made at the time of order and will ship within 7 days. We do carry stock of a few designs and these are ready for immediate shipping. If you are in a RUSH, please contact us before placing your order and we will work with you on meeting your deadline needs.

We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is pleasant and easy!! We accept all major credit cards via Paypal (you do NOT need a Paypal account to complete payment). We also accept money orders and checks. Please note, there is an additional waiting time on all personal checks to clear, before order is shipped. Orders will not be shipped until paid in full.

How are your products made?
All our products are hand made, with extreme attention to detail and care! We take pride in creating beautiful boutique items for all our customers and treat each order as though we were creating for our own children.
Hair Bows are hand sewn to ensure stability.
***please note, some items are made with small items that could become a choking hazard to small children. We do NOT recommend these items for children under the age of 3 years.***
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our hands. We do everything possible to ensure you will be pleased with your purchase. Please make sure you read the product descriptions before ordering. We are happy to help answer questions regarding our products.
